1. Purpose
This Policy explains how to contact the Clinic, how appointments are arranged, and what we ask of you in return.
2. How to reach us
Appointments and enquiries can be made by telephone on +971 54 223 7400, by WhatsApp on +971 54 223 7400, or by email at [Email].
Our website does not have online forms or online booking. This is deliberate: it keeps the amount of personal information traveling over the internet to a minimum.
3. What to expect when you message us
Messages are received by our administrative team, not by a clinician, and are answered during working hours. We aim to respond within one working day.
A message describing symptoms is not a consultation. Our team cannot give clinical advice by reply and will arrange for a clinician to speak with you. If your concern is urgent, please telephone rather than message.
4. How we send results and appointment information
When you register with the Clinic we will ask how you would like to receive appointment information and test results. You may choose telephone, email, WhatsApp, or collection in person.
If you choose WhatsApp, we will confirm your number with you and send only to that confirmed number. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and messages are carried outside the United Arab Emirates, which is why we ask you to choose rather than assuming it.
You can change your preference at any time by telling reception.
5. Confirming your appointment
An appointment is only confirmed once the Clinic has confirmed it to you. Requests are subject to practitioner availability. We will let you know if the time you asked for is not available and offer an alternative.
6. Before you arrive
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time so we can complete registration. Bring photo identification, and your insurance details if you plan to file for reimbursement.
If you arrive late we will do our best to see you, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so that other patients are not delayed.
7. Changing or canceling
If you cannot attend, please tell us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. We ask for at least 24 hours notice.
Late cancellation or non-attendance fee: no fee. Where a fee applies, we will have told you the amount at the time of booking, and we will waive it in genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
8. Reminders
We may send you an appointment reminder by SMS, WhatsApp or email. These are administrative messages relating to a booking you have made, not marketing. You can ask us to stop sending them at any time.
9. Repeated non-attendance
Missed appointments prevent other patients from being seen. Where appointments are repeatedly missed without notice, we may ask for confirmation before booking future appointments.
10. Respect for our team
We are committed to treating every patient with courtesy and expect the same in return. Abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff, in person or in messages, may result in us declining to provide further services.
11. Your information
Information you share when booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on the website with the date it took effect.
13. Contact
