Patient reviews
What patients say.
Feedback on the care provided by our specialists.
Dr. Kashlan was fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which put me at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend him.
The most humble and compassionate surgeon I have ever met, he operated on me and I would trust his skills for any of my loved ones.
Honestly, the nicest doctor and probably the nicest person I have ever met. And he is just as brilliant as he is nice and humble. Gave me such a peace of mind.
Do I need surgery for back or neck pain?
Not always. Most spine problems start with a careful diagnosis and non-surgical options first. Surgery is considered only when symptoms, imaging, and your goals clearly support it.
What is endoscopic spine surgery?
Endoscopic spine surgery uses a small camera and specialized instruments to treat selected disc and nerve problems through a small incision, with less disruption to surrounding tissue than open surgery.
Can I get a second opinion before spine surgery?
Yes. A second opinion can help confirm whether surgery is necessary, whether a less invasive option may fit, and what recovery could realistically look like for your condition.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Bring recent MRI or CT images, radiology reports, medication lists, prior procedure notes, and a short timeline of your symptoms so the surgeon can understand the full picture.
